How long is your rental period?

Our rental period typically is 72 hours.  At times, we may be able to create pieces for destination weddings, which would result in longer rental periods.  Please indicate if you anticipate requiring a longer rental period, and based on reservations this may be possible.

What happens if it rains?  Will the writing wash away?

No, your rental is safe from any rain!  In fact, all of our acrylic pieces can also be cleaned with Windex to remove any finger prints from set-up without removing any writing.  We would ask that you take steps to prevent our pieces from being in the rain for a prolonged period of time (and be mindful of the wind with large pieces like seating charts), however a few raindrops won’t hurt!

What is your reservation policy?

At time time of booking, we require a 50% deposit and a completed rental agreement to hold your date.  Once the date has been reserved, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for cancellations.  The remaining 50% is due 7 days prior to pick-up.  More details are available in the rental agreement.
